India GDS Post DV: Documents Requirements List for Final Selection

India GDS Post DV: The India Post Office has recently released the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) exam results on their official website. The results can be found on the India Post website at indiapostgdsonline.cept.gov.in. Candidates who have been shortlisted are now required to attend a Document Verification process. These shortlisted candidates must bring the original copies and two sets of self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents to the verification process.

As per the official notice, candidates who have been shortlisted must verify their documents with the Divisional Head mentioned against their names on or before 21/03/2023. Therefore, it is advised that candidates should visit their respective divisional office well before the last date of 21 March 2023 to ensure timely verification of their documents.

Applicants who have been provisionally shortlisted are required to present the following original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies during the document verification process:

What is After India Post DV Round?

Candidates whose documents are verified successfully by the relevant authority will need to complete pre-engagement formalities, including prescribed training. However, if the Engaging Authority finds any issues during verification, the candidate’s candidature will be canceled. If the verification is successful, the offer of provisional engagement will be issued through the system itself and will be sent to the candidate’s registered SMS/Email.
